Cowgirl Gathering 2022 art show is open to female western artists 18 years and older.
By submitting your entries you agree with the conditions of entry and exhibit as outlined in this prospectus, and that you are reserving this work for the Cowgirl Gathering should it be selected for exhibit.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF WORK
All work accepted for the exhibition must arrive ready to install. Works not gallery-ready, or not exhibiting good craftsmanship, may be omitted from the exhibit. Accepted work that differs significantly from the entry images or suffers from poor presentation, will be disqualified.
Please note that professional-level presentation and craftsmanship is a must.
Works not picked up by the date of pick up will become the property of Cowgirl Artists of America.
Filming/Photography/Advertising/Social
Artists agree to have their work photographed and filmed for the event. Additionally artists themselves may be filmed and/or photographed. Media created during the event may be used for advertising (print and digital), website, and social media purposes for this and future events. Artwork submitted may be used for creating digital and print posters and advertisements. Posters and advertisements will not be made/designed in such a way as to constitute Fine Art Reproductions/prints, without the artists written consent and new terms and conditions signed.
Insurance
The Cowgirl Gathering, Cowgirl Artists of America and their affiliates are not responsible for lost or damaged work. Artwork will be handled with the highest level of care, however Artists are strongly encouraged to insure their artwork. By entering your work you are agreeing to hold harmless The Cowgirl Gathering, Cowgirl Artists of America and their affiliate from any damage or loss to work.
Shipped work must be fully insured.
